Center on Budget and Policy Priorities The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities provides analysis of fiscal policy and public programs at the federal and state levels that affect low- and moderate-income families and individuals. The National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans This site, a collaboration between the University of Southern Florida and University of Pennsylvania and local VA medical facilities, is a national forum to exchange new ideas, provide education on service delivery, and spread the Center’s research to programs that assist homeless populations.
